Crannog Seafood Restaurant used to be a bait shed on the town pier. You can get the most fantastic seafood here and have been since 1989. Dinners average about £55.00 and are well worth it. This restaurant is owned by local fishing families so you get a great meal. It is very popular so make sure you make reservations and the parking area is pretty far away so be ready to walk. Just look for the red roof and you will know you are in the right place.
Looking for something to impress your guests, look no further than Inverlochy Castle. Traditional Scottish foods are served in three different dining rooms that are decorated with period furniture that was given as gifts to the King of Norway. Tables are set to the hilt so be sure you know which fork to use first and there is a dress code for dinner of jackets and ties for the gentlemen. Dinner can cost up to £89.
Need something Scottish yet a little less pricey? Come to McTavishes Kitchen on High Street in town. This little restaurant has great food and a live show of local music. Dinners cost much less at about £25. or less.

The Lime Tree in Fort Williams also serves good Scottish food. On the walls you will see some of the best Scottish artwork around. This is a comfortable restaurant with meals from about £33.

Nivisport is a retail store in Fort William that just happens to have a bar and restaurant. You will get the best Scottish Breakfast ever here and for only a little bit of money. If you've never had a Scottish breakfast you are missing out. There is so much food it will keep you going all day long. You can usually get a full stomach for less than £10.
